This is a great dish for an extra special breakfast dish. I love having any sort of fruit included into my breakfast and this one kicks that up a notch for an extra little treat.
5-6 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
In a skillet add butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat on medium heat stirring constantly until butter is melted and mixture begins to bubble.
Reduce heat to simmer and stir in half and half. Continue to stir and increase heat if necessary until cream is mixed well and mixture begins to thicken.
Add banana halves, a few at a time, and cook for about 3 minutes, flipping once and spooning mixture on top of bananas.
Place bananas in prepared crepe and roll up. Cut in half and drizzle with additional sauce.
